Steel racking for palletized goods, with 100% pick access — every pallet on every level reachable directly by forklift. No shuffling the front ones to get to the back.Full KD boltless structure. Four levels standard, 3000kg rated per level. Cold-rolled steel uprights with diamond-punched holes — beam height adjusts in 75mm steps, no tools. Forklift loads straight in and out, no detours.
What sets this apart from standard selective racking: the coating isn’t the cheap stuff. Electrostatic powder coat, 60-80μm thick, salt spray tested 48 hours minimum. Warehouse hits 45°C in summer, the coating doesn’t bubble or crack. If your site is coastal or next to a chemical plant, tell us upfront — we’ll quote stainless steel or a zinc-rich primer underneath the powder.

Hot Climate vs Standard Racking — What’s Actually Different
Not all powder-coated racking survives high heat. Cheap options use thermoset powder cured at the low end — 150 to 170°C. That leaves micropores in the coating. At room temperature you won’t see them. But when the warehouse climbs past 40°C, those pores expand. The coating starts bubbling from underneath. Within six months, it’s peeling off in sheets.
Our powder is high-temperature-cure grade, processed at 180-200°C — well above anything a warehouse will ever hit. There are no micropores between the coating and the steel. When the metal expands in the heat, the coating moves with it. No bubbling. No delamination.
Plain English: this rack won’t peel itself in a 45°C warehouse.
The warranty covers structural defects — if an upright bends or a beam warps, we replace it. Coating peel is not covered, because no manufacturer can control whether your warehouse is next to the sea, next to a chemical plant, or filled with abrasive dust. That said, our first batch shipped to a Middle Eastern client five-plus years ago. The coating hasn’t bubbled yet. Want proof? We’ll send a powder-coated steel coupon — torch-test it yourself.
This One vs Standard Selective Racking
| Hot-Climate Coated (This One) | Standard Selective Rack | |
|---|---|---|
| Powder cure temperature | 180-200°C high-temp cure | 150-170°C standard cure |
| High-temp performance | No bubbling or cracking at 45°C | Micropores expand above 40°C, bubbles in 6 months |
| Salt spray test | ≥48 hours | Typically 24 hours or unstated |
| Coating thickness | 60-80μm | 40-60μm |
| Best for | Middle East / Southeast Asia / South Asia / hot-climate warehouses | Temperate regions, climate-controlled warehouses |

Where It Works
- Middle East and Gulf region warehouses: Interior temps hit 45°C easily in summer. Standard rack coatings don’t hold up.
- Southeast Asian logistics hubs: Hot and humid — bad coating rusts fast in this combination.
- Steel mills and foundry raw material stores: Waste heat from the shop floor plus summer ambient — year-round elevated warehouse temps.
- Top-floor or metal-roof warehouses: Sun beats directly on the roof, interior temps run higher than outside.
- Standard climate-controlled warehouses: Works perfectly here too, the coating just lasts even longer.
Where It Doesn’t
- Outdoor with no roof → powder coat is indoor-grade. Sun, rain, and thermal cycling will eat it in 18-24 months. Not covered.
- Loose items without pallets → add steel decking or switch to medium-duty shelving.
- Warehouse ceiling under 3.8 meters → four levels won’t fit. Reduce levels or go light-duty.
- Floor uneven beyond ±30mm → fix the concrete first. Tilted racking is a structural hazard.
- Cold storage below -20°C → steel gets brittle. Requires low-temperature-grade steel instead.
Assembly
KD boltless structure. No welding machine needed.
Welding inside a 45°C warehouse is its own kind of misery — a welder crouching in that heat needs a replacement every hour, and weld quality drops with every degree. Clip-on connectors and safety pins? Two people standing upright, no crouching, no waiting for welds to cool.
A four-level rack: 30 minutes the first time, 10 minutes once you’ve built a few. Assembly guide and video included. Uneven floor? Adjustable foot plates handle ±30mm.

Get a Quote
Every warehouse has different dimensions, different pallet specs, different forklift turning radius — no fixed price works for everyone.
Send these three:
- Warehouse length × width × ceiling height
- Load per level (3000 / 4000 / 5000kg), number of levels, total sets needed
- Highest temperature your warehouse hits in summer
If you’re in the Middle East or Southeast Asia, that third number matters — it determines whether we adjust the coating formula, and the quote adjusts with it.
Plan + drawing + quote within 48 hours. Want to test the coating first? We’ll ship a powder-coated steel coupon. Hit it with a torch and see for yourself.
