Heavy duty pallet racking is the backbone of high-capacity warehouse storage. Built from cold-rolled steel with bolted or welded frames, these systems handle palletized loads from 2,000 kg to over 5,000 kg per level depending on beam specification.
Standard configurations include selective racking for direct pallet access, drive-in racking for high-density FIFO/LIFO storage, and double-deep racking when floor space is tight. Beam levels adjust in 50 mm or 75 mm increments to match your load heights, and safety clips prevent accidental beam dislodgement.
All upright frames and beams are powder-coated for corrosion resistance. Optional accessories include wire mesh decking, column guards, row end protectors, and pallet support bars for non-standard loads.
We design rack layouts based on your pallet dimensions, forklift turning radius, and seismic zone requirements. Systems can be extended or reconfigured as your inventory profile changes over time.
