Steel racking for palletized goods. Boltless — beams clip into diamond-punched holes on the uprights, safety pin locks them in, done. No welding, no bolts. Forklift loads straight in and out, one SKU per level, no shuffling.

Four levels standard, 2000kg rated per level. Cold-rolled steel uprights, beams adjustable at 75mm pitch. Ships flat-packed, assemble on site.

Here’s the part that’s actually different: we give you a free warehouse layout drawing. Send your warehouse dimensions and pallet specs, and within 48 hours you get a CAD plan with rack placement, aisle widths, turn radius clearances, and fire exits marked. Buy or don’t — take the drawing, shop it around, compare. We’re fine with that.

What Does 2000kg Per Level Actually Look Like

Don’t just stare at a number. A standard Euro pallet (1.2m × 0.8m) loaded runs 800 to 1200kg. Two pallets side by side on one beam level — that’s 2000kg, spot on. No wasted capacity, no over-engineering.

Lighter loads? Fit three pallets per level, as long as the total stays under 2000kg. Heavier? We thicken the uprights, switch the beam profile, go to 2500, 3000, 4000kg. Price follows the steel.

Built It Once and You’ll See the Difference

No welder, no bolts, no wrench. Two people, one rubber mallet. First four-level rack: about 20 minutes. Fifth one: 5 to 8 minutes. Assembly guide and video included.

Need to change level heights? Pull the safety pin, lift the beam, drop it into a different hole. Five minutes. No cutting welds, no waiting for metal to cool.

Relocating? Disassemble, take it with you. 95% of parts reused. Welded racking — cut the welds, uprights and beams go to scrap. Reuse rate under 30%. Three-year lease, three moves — welded racking is a write-off every time. Boltless goes with you.

Forklift bumps happen daily in a busy warehouse. The safety pin plus beam lock holds the connector in place even when a forklift hits the beam from below. Every time the lock catches, that’s one less near miss.

Cold Rolled vs Hot Rolled Steel

Budget racking uses hot rolled steel. Cheaper, yes. But the surface is rough and dimensional tolerances are loose. Beams don’t seat tight into uprights. Forklifts hit them day after day, things start shaking, and eventually it’s a safety problem.

Our uprights and beams are cold rolled steel through and through. Uprights are roll-formed. Beams are box-section — a closed rectangular profile stiffer than open C-channel. Pallets sit solid, no wobble, no edge rub. Cold rolled surface is smoother too, so powder coating bonds better and doesn’t flake off.

The Free Layout Design — How It Works

Not a rough sketch. An actual CAD layout based on your warehouse dimensions:

  1. Send us your warehouse length × width × ceiling height
  2. Tell us your pallet size (Euro 1.2×0.8m or US 1.0×1.0m or something else)
  3. Forklift type — counterbalance, reach truck, narrow-aisle? Turning radius?

Within 48 hours you get:

  • Rack placement plan — which rows against the wall, which in the middle, aisle widths
  • Forklift aisle dimensions marked
  • Fire exits and emergency routes shown
  • Load ratings per level and total storage capacity estimate

No charge, no commitment. Plenty of buyers take our drawing, shop it around, then come back because nobody else even offered a layout. Take the drawing, decide later.

Where It Works

  • E-commerce fulfillment centers: SKU count changes by season, beam height adjusts with it — raise for peak season, tighten for off-season
  • Factory raw material storage: Coils, sheets, castings on pallets, off the floor, organized by batch
  • Freight hubs and cross-docks: One level per client or SKU, forklift picks direct, goods don’t sit
  • Third-party warehousing: Standardized layout — show clients the drawing and close the deal

Where It Doesn’t

  • Loose items without pallets → add steel decking, or switch to medium-duty shelving
  • Warehouse ceiling under 3 meters → four levels won’t fit; reduce levels or go light-duty
  • Floor uneven beyond ±30mm → fix the concrete first. Tilted racking is a structural hazard
  • Outdoor without a roof → powder coat is indoor-grade. Sun and rain will eat through it
  • Cold storage below -20°C → steel gets brittle. Requires low-temperature-grade steel

Assembly Time

Boltless structure. No welder needed.

  • First build: two people, about 20-30 minutes
  • Once familiar: 5-8 minutes per rack
  • Assembly guide and video included

Uneven floor? Adjustable foot plates handle ±30mm.

Packaging & Sea Freight

Everything ships knocked down, packed in wooden crates or on pallets:

  • Uprights in one stack, beams in another, safety pins and beam locks in labeled bags
  • Wrapped in moisture barrier film, corner protectors on
  • A 20ft container holds roughly 50-70 standard four-level rack sets

Half the volume of pre-welded racking. Freight savings follow directly.

Get a Quote

Send these three:

  1. Warehouse length × width × ceiling height
  2. Load per level (2000 / 2500 / 3000 / 4000kg), number of levels, total sets needed
  3. Pallet size and forklift type (so we can do the layout drawing)

Plan + layout drawing + quote within 24 hours. Want to check build quality first? We’ll ship a sample upright or beam section.

FAQ

Q: Is the layout drawing actually free? Yes. No charge for the drawing, no obligation to buy. We’re not afraid of price comparisons — we’re afraid of buyers who don’t know what they need.

Q: Can I go heavier than 2000kg? Yes. Thicker uprights, different beam profile — 2500, 3000, 4000kg all available. Price follows the steel. You pay for what you need.

Q: Hard to assemble ourselves? Not at all. Clip-on connectors, safety pins, no welder required. First rack takes a bit longer. By the second one, you’re moving fast.

Q: Can I put my own brand on it? Yes. Silkscreen logo, custom packaging, custom assembly manuals. OEM and ODM — we’ve done plenty.

Q: FOB or CIF? Either. Quote breaks it down clearly, no hidden numbers.

Q: What if something arrives damaged? Sea freight happens. Send us a photo, we ship replacement parts at no charge.
